Whisky Releases – a chronology

Introduction

We decided to create this page to describe our whisky releases. It will be laid out in chronological order and will be updated when new releases appear. The newest release will always be at the top of the page. However, before describing the releases let’s have a quick look at the label which is affixed to the bottle providing the detail.

Each of our whisky bottles carries a hand written label like the one above. This particular label says that this whisky was batch 3, bottle number 205 which was filled on the 2nd of August 2021 by IT. Without looking at the bottle you cannot determine the product. Unlike many, we have decided to have batch numbers that are unique to our whisky, not a particular type or style of whisky. Some may argue this is not correct, but it is the approach we have taken, and we plan to maintain this – part of the reasoning for this was we initially used the cask number as the batch number.
