489 Days To Go Until Whisky is Launched!!!!

As of today it is only 489 days until we can call our very first batch of maturing new make spirit whisky!! Those of you who bought one of the first 200 bottles we sold will know the important date is 11 January 2021……here is a picture of Alison making sure everything is going to plan….
