We’ve been asked many times for another Ex-Oloroso whisky and as a result have created this expression. The spirit spent around three years in ex-bourbon casks and was then transferred to a 125 litre ex-oloroso quarter cask for finishing. The result is this stunning sherry influenced single malt whisky. Bottled at 46%, there are only 161 bottles in this batch!
