Here it is, Henstone Whisky – Ex-Oloroso Release 2 (handwritten label is batch 13)! For full details see our RELEASE PAGE. We’ve been asked many times for another Ex-Oloroso whisky and as a result have created this expression. The spirit spent more than three years in ex-Jim Beam (bourbon) casks and was then transferred to a 125 litre ex-oloroso quarter cask for finishing. The result is this stunning sherry influenced single malt whisky. Bottled at 46%, there are only 195 bottles in this batch!
