Henstone Whisky – Ex-Bourbon Cask Aged Release 5 (hand written label is batch 10). This is an ex-bourbon cask aged whisky and is our fifth ex-bourbon release (for full details see our RELEASE PAGE). This particular batch is single cask (ex Heaven Hill) and is limited to 285 bottles.

This is the first release to come in our new bottle!

This single malt whisky, which is beautifully smooth, is mashed, distilled, aged and bottled by us here at Henstone Distillery. Like all of our products this has not been chill filtered or coloured.

Bottled at 43.8% and each bottle is uniquely numbered

Single Malt English Whisky – 5 Year Old Age Statement available now!

Way back in 2017 we started producing whisky and filling casks with new make spirit. Over the years these have matured into whisky and our early releases came from the casks laid down at this time. We kept some casks back however, and in early September 2023 we released a single cask’s worth of 5 Year Old Age Statement Single Malt English Whisky. Matured in an ex-bourbon cask (number HDC009), we bottled this at 46% and smells and tastes amazing – it’s a corker. We got 342 bottles from the cask.
